서울 강남 '임플란트' 치과, 8개월 새 2명 사망… 뒤늦게 알려진 이유?_我的网站

一 |     저렴한 비용 내세워 환자 모으던 대형 치과강남구, 최근 현장 점검… "위법 사항 없어""의료사고 정보 공유 체계 개선 필요" 건의                   게티이미지뱅크서울 강남의 대형 치과에서 임플란트 시술을 받던 환자 2명이 8개월 간격으로 숨진 사실이 뒤늦게 드러났다. 저렴한 임플란트 비용을 내세워 환자를 끌어모으는 대형 치과 병원에서 벌어진 일이었다.26일 서울 강남구 등에 따르면 이달 3일 강남구 소재 A치과에서 임플란트 시술을 받던 60대 남성이 심정지로 숨졌다. 지난해 12월 30일에도 이 병원에서 임플란트 시술을 위해 마취제를 투여받은 70대 여성이 마취에서 깨어나지 못해 사망했다. 두 환자의 치료 과정에는 마약류 진정제와 국소마취제가 사용된 것으로 알려졌다.관할 지역에서 일어난 사고 2건을 최근에야 인지한 강남구는 지난 18일 A치과에 대한 현장 점검을 실시했으나, 법 위반 사항을 발견하지 못했다고 전날 밝혔다. 의료용 마약류의 취급·보고·관리나 의료인 면허·자격 여부, 의료기관 시설 기준 등에서 특별한 문제가 없었다는 얘기다. 다만 구 관계자는 "이러한 행정 점검은 의료법과 마약류관리법 등 관계 법령의 준수 여부를 확인하는 것"이라며 "개별 의료 행위와 환자 사망 사이의 인과관계나 의료인의 업무상 과실 여부를 판단하는 수사와는 구분되고, 보건소에서 업무상 과실 여부를 따지기는 사실상 어렵다"고 설명했다. 이번 사망 사고에 대해선 현재 강남경찰서가 수사를 진행하고 있다.강남구는 그 대신 현행 의료사고 정보공유 체계의 개선 필요성을 제기했다. 의원급 의료기관에서 중대한 의료사고가 발생할 경우 관할 지방자치단체가 사고 사실을 조기에 파악하고 신속한 행정조치에 나설 수 있도록 정보공유·통보 체계를 마련해 달라고 보건복지부에 건의할 예정이다. 또 현행 의료법상 전신마취에 적용되는 수술실 시설 기준을 정맥(수면)마취에도 확대해 환자 감시·응급처치용 장비 구비를 의무화하도록 요청할 방침이다.。    Diljit Dosanjh and Imtiaz Ali’s Amar Singh Chamkila had a strong presence at this year’s International Emmy Awards, but the film unfortunately went home without a win. The award was ultimately won by the British production Lost Boys and Fairies.     Diljit Dosanjh, who played the title role of Punjabi icon Amar Singh Chamkila, was also nominated for Best Performance by an Actor. He competed against David Mitchell (Ludwig), Diego Vasquez (One Hundred Years of Solitude), and Spanish actor Oriol Pla for Yo, adicto (I, Addict). Pla won the award, leaving Diljit just short of an International Emmy win on his first nomination.     Despite the loss, the film remained a proud moment for the Indian team. Diljit, director Imtiaz Ali, Netflix India Vice President of Content Monika Shergill, and Director of Original Films Ruchikaa Kapoor Sheikh represented the project at the event and cheered on the global winners.
